The Space:

The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine, while a washing machine and dryer make longer stays particularly convenient.



After a day exploring the coast, relax in the cosy living space with free Wi-Fi, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings and views across the green.

A travel cot is also available for families travelling with little ones.

Please bear in mind this is a historic cottage, the staircases, particularly up to the top twin bedroom are steep.

''We both were enchanted by the Georgian square and surrounding houses, which feels like a period drama film set. Then we found out it’s a grade 2 listed conservation area and we were excited to own a listed property and find out about its history. It’s a very charming, quiet and peaceful location, yet a stone’s throw away from the high street, Waitrose, and the harbour / beach. There is also a community spirit, where the Square comes together to decorate a Christmas tree in the park in the middle of the square, which again feels very period drama film set! ''

We’re a small, independent holiday let company based in Ramsgate and Broadstairs, offering a friendly, personal service across a range of properties from 1–5 bedrooms.

Whether you’re visiting for a seaside break, a family holiday, a corporate stay or a longer visit, we have options to suit different needs and budgets. We offer discounts on stays of 4 nights or more.

For larger groups or stays of more than 14 nights, please get in touch directly and we’ll be happy to discuss the best options. Corporate stays start from just £45 per person, per night.



Guest Access:

This is a Georgian Townhouse so there are stairs between each level so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

You can walk into Ramsgate within minutes, hire bikes from the harbour or catch 'the loop' bus around the local towns.
