The location is fabulous and cottage has bundles of character and a great view of the sea. We enjoyed our stay very much. We were able to park in front of the property so this made unpacking and trips out more convenient. The cottage was warm and temperature adjustable, which was important as it was cold on some days. There was instant hot water. Wi-Fi functioned well as did all the facilities, TV, microwave, oven and stove. The cottage is decorated in keeping with the property. The bedrooms are a nice size and the beds were comfortable with suitable bedding. As we cooked, there could be some additional cooking accessories. The saucepans are are little dated and serving dishes are missing. The welcome gifts, bread, eggs, butter, flowers, wine etc were GREATLY appreciated, a lovely touch. Also the available tea, coffee, sugar basics were also very much appreciated, so we could at least settle in. Very dog friendly, dog bowls available.
The front door is very drafty and hence the property looses a lot of heat. The windows need cleaning. The cold water tap in the kitchen drips and needs looking at.

Very lovely hosts. Great welcome pack. Clean and well-equipped
One bed had a very firm mattress and a very thin duvet. Downstairs bathroom could be difficult if you had children
