About this house rental
Master Bedroom & Bathroom: Spacious master suite with a king-size bed, Smart TV, backyard views and large walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower. No bathtub.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with smart TV, closet and front yard views. This bedroom is located on the opposite side of the house giving plenty of privacy.
Bedroom 3: There are four twin size beds (one single bed and a bunk bed with trundle) plus a large walk-in closet and front yard views.
Guest Bathroom: Large walk-in shower with waterfall showehead. No bathtub.
Kitchen & Dining: A spacious kitchen stocked with all your cooking, baking and table setting needs. The large island is great for hosting and gathering around, and accommodates four seats. The dining table seats six comfortably.
Living Room: Comfortable seating to engage or enjoy your favorite movie. The large smart TV is equipped with surround sound.
Game Room: Enjoy competitive entertainment in the detached game room featuring a small-scalled conversion pool table, table tennis and extra dining space with seating. Also, a full size foosball table and dart board. The space is equipped with its own AC unit and french doors that open to a private patio with lounge chairs and fire pit.
Laundry Room: The laundry room provides direct access to the backyard and includes a full-size washer and dryer, complimentary laundry detergents, a wash sink, vacuum, mop and broom with dustpan.
Garage & Parking: There is no access to the garage. Guest are welcome to park in the driveway.
Trailer Parking: Off-street trailer parking is available and located to the left of the garage on leveled dirt.
