Summary:

A sunny, freshly styled one-bedroom apartment a two-minute stroll from the sand at Bondi Beach. Coastal timber-and-linen interiors, a queen bedroom with a work desk, a sofa-bed for two more, and a full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Head up to the shared rooftop terrace for sweeping views across the whole beach to Ben Buckler. Icebergs, the coastal walk and Campbell Parade’s cafés are all on your doorstep.



The Space:

This is a bright, top-floor apartment in a quiet, leafy street tucked just behind Campbell Parade at the southern end of Bondi Beach. It has been freshly styled in a relaxed coastal palette — sandy pine and light timber, natural linen, and splashes of sunshine yellow and ocean blue — with original timber floorboards, crisp white walls and windows on three sides that fill every room with light.

Living room

A calm, sunlit lounge with a comfortable linen sofa that converts to a double sofa-bed, a round timber coffee table, a floor lamp and a soft rug underfoot. A 32″ smart TV (Google TV — sign in to Netflix, YouTube and the rest with your own accounts) sits on the corner media unit, and there’s a cosy electric fireplace heater for cooler evenings.

Dining

A solid timber dining table with four chairs sits between the lounge and the kitchen — the perfect spot for breakfast before the beach, a laptop session or dinner for four.

Kitchen

A bright galley kitchen, fully equipped for actually cooking: gas cooktop, oven and rangehood, dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster, plus a proper stainless cookware set, sharp knives, chopping boards, dinnerware for six, wine glasses and all the utensils you’ll need. A washing machine is built into the kitchen run, with a drying rack and iron & board provided.

Bedroom

A restful queen bedroom with a light pine bed and a firm pocket-sprung mattress, dressed in hotel-grade linen with bedside tables and lamps either side. Windows on two sides look out over the trees and terracotta rooftops; mirrored built-in robes give plenty of hanging and shelf space, and a dedicated desk and chair make it a comfortable spot to work.

Bathroom

A clean, white-tiled bathroom with a bath (shower over), vanity with mirror cabinet, fresh towels, a hair dryer and eco toiletries.

Rooftop terrace

Take the stairs up one more level and you’re on the building’s shared rooftop terrace — picnic tables, sea air and a panoramic view over the whole sweep of Bondi Beach, from Icebergs across to Ben Buckler. Sunrise coffee, sunset drinks, or just watching the surf roll in.

Comfort

Electric fireplace heater for winter; open windows on three sides for the sea breeze in summer. Please note there is no air-conditioning. Hair dryer, iron and full laundry are provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have the whole apartment to themselves, plus use of the building’s shared rooftop terrace. Self check-in via a secure keyed lockbox at the building’s side entrance — full instructions are sent the day before arrival — and we’re contactable 24/7 by phone and message throughout your stay. The apartment is on the third floor and the building has stairs only (no lift), so please pack accordingly.



The Neighborhood:

Francis Street is a quiet residential pocket at the southern end of Bondi Beach — the calmer, more local end — a couple of minutes on foot from the sand and the Campbell Parade strip.

On your doorstep. Bondi Beach and the South Bondi surf are a 2–3 minute walk. The famous Bondi Icebergs ocean pool and its terrace bar & dining room are around the corner, and the Bondi-to-Bronte coastal walk starts right there — Tamarama, Bronte, Clovelly and Coogee follow along the cliff path.

Eat & drink. Campbell Parade, Hall Street and Gould Street are lined with cafés, bakeries, restaurants and bars — from early-morning coffee and acai bowls to long lunches and sunset drinks. Harris Farm, Woolworths and Coles are all within a 10-minute walk in the Bondi village.

Green space & fitness. Bondi Park, the outdoor gym and the Bondi Pavilion are at the beach; Bondi Golf Course and the North Bondi headland are a short walk along the sand.



Getting Around:

Bus — frequent 333 / 380 services along Campbell Parade run to Bondi Junction (about 10 minutes, for trains and Westfield) and on to the CBD (Circular Quay ~40 minutes).

Train — Bondi Junction station is the eastern-suburbs terminus, about 10 minutes away by bus; from there Town Hall / Sydney CBD is roughly 10 minutes by rail.

Car — on-street parking around the apartment is 2-hour timed (2P) during the day. But you can park in the paid public carpark on bondi beach which is a short walk away

Sydney Airport is about a 25–30 minute drive; Uber and DiDi operate widely and the coast is very walkable.



Other Things to Note:

•Climate. An electric fireplace heater keeps things cosy in winter; the apartment relies on sea breezes, fans and open windows in summer — there is no air-conditioning.
