Whether you're visiting for a Gator game, UF graduation, Parents Weekend, a campus visit, medical appointments, or simply spending time in Gainesville, Cozy Gator offers the convenience of being close to UF while giving you a comfortable place to relax and recharge.
THE SPACE
Cozy Gator is a spacious two-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome thoughtfully furnished with families, couples and small groups in mind.
Both upstairs bedrooms are private suites, each featuring:
• Queen bed with fresh, comfortable linens
• Private en-suite full bathroom
• Closet and storage space
One bedroom also features its own second-story balcony.
The living room includes comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. A convenient half bath is located downstairs.
KITCHEN & COFFEE BAR
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, including cookware, dishes, wine glasses, toaster, blender, microwave and dishwasher.
And because mornings matter, you'll also find our Cozy Gator coffee bar stocked with a Keurig, coffee pods, creamers, sugars and syrups to help you start your day.
