The entire property is yours to enjoy, from the living room to the pool deck. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a poolside powder room with a touch of its own — handy for guests coming in from the water. Hardwood floors run throughout, with open living and dining flowing to the kitchen and mud-room laundry. The covered patio has dining seating and a TV; the dock sits just past the lawn, with open water and passing boats in view.

You may sit by the dock, but swimming in the water is NOT permitted. The entire property is available for guest use.

This single-level home sits on a quiet residential canal, though the canal itself is not for swimming, with parking for up to four cars and a garage that opens straight into the home. Oceanfront Park Beach is about five minutes by car; Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, about fifteen.
