Hi, we’re Tammi and Quinn Shanahan, the owners and hosts of Shanahan Suites. We are local Las Vegas business owners who believe in taking care of people, improving our community and making things happen.
We discovered this 1941 property while driving through Downtown Las Vegas and immediately saw its potential. After a complete renovation, we transformed it into comfortable, fully furnished residences while preserving some of its original character. Shanahan Suites is located near Charleston Boulevard and Las Vegas Boulevard, close to the Arts District, Downtown Las Vegas, hospitals, restaurants, entertainment and major employment centers.
We are hands-on and responsive hosts who want every guest to feel comfortable and at home. Whether you are visiting Las Vegas for a medical assignment, corporate project, film production, relocation or another extended stay, our goal is to provide you with a clean, private and welcoming place to call home.

Shanahan Suites is located in the heart of the Las Vegas Arts District, near Charleston Boulevard and Las Vegas Boulevard. This vibrant, walkable downtown neighborhood is filled with local restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail bars, breweries, art galleries, antique stores and vintage shops.
The property offers convenient access to the Las Vegas Medical District, UMC, Downtown businesses and courthouses, Fremont Street, the World Market Center, the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Strip. It is an excellent central location for traveling medical professionals, corporate employees, film and production crews, convention personnel and guests relocating to Las Vegas.
The Arts District has a lively, creative atmosphere with monthly First Friday events and many locally owned businesses. Guests can enjoy the energy of Downtown Las Vegas while having a comfortable private residence with assigned gated parking. a newly renovated and fully furnished one-bedroom, one-bathroom residence offering approximately 800 square feet of private living space. The residence includes a comfortable queen-size bed, separate living room, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a private patio. There are no shared living spaces.
High-speed Wi-Fi and utilities are included, subject to a reasonable electricity allowance. Guests also receive assigned gated parking and complimentary access to the community laundry room. We provide liquid laundry detergent, dryer sheets and fabric-softener sheets for your convenience.
This move-in-ready residence is ideal for traveling medical professionals, corporate employees, film and production crews, contractors, relocating guests and anyone needing comfortable temporary housing in a central Las Vegas location.
A minimum stay of 30 nights is required. The residence is smoke-free and pet-free. Longer stays are welcome, with discounted rates available.
