The private balcony offers 10th floor views of False Creek, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Please note that there is no AC in the building or unit but a stand-up tower fan and smaller rotating fan are provided. Opening the patio door and windows help cool things down and allow for lots of air.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment including the building amenities: gym, pool, hot tub, pond/outdoor sitting area, parking.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Tinseltown/Crosstown in the Firenze Tower, the condo is only a few blocks to Rogers Arena, BC Place, Gastown, Chinatown and Yaletown. There are plenty of restaurants and nightlife. Walk to T&T Supermarket for your groceries or hit up Robson Street for some shopping.



Getting Around:

There is a parking spot in the building for your use. You also have lots of options for public transport with two Skytrain stations and bus stops near by as well as car and bike share options very close by.



Other Things to Note:

Although the Crosstown area in downtown Vancouver is considered safe and has a healthy police presence, it is common to encounter individuals experiencing addiction and issues around the vicinity. Much like other major urban cities, Vancouver's unhoused population tends to reside in the downtown core. Note that there are shelters in the area, also not uncommon for most of our downtown neighbourhoods.



To ensure a safe and secure stay, our building has 24-hour security that you can contact if any issues arise.
