GUEST ACCESS

Guests have full access to the apartment except for locked owner/cleaning closets.

Entry is easy and secure with a digital keypad. Each reservation receives a unique access code, and previous guest codes are deactivated.

PETS

We allow up to 2 dogs per reservation with prior host approval and payment of the applicable pet fee.

Pets are not permitted on furniture. Please always clean up after your pets and be respectful of our neighbors. Dogs should not be left alone during quiet hours if they are likely to bark or disturb neighboring guests.

An exterior security camera is located in the parking area for security and property-management purposes. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

FLORIDA TROPICAL CLIMATE

Florida`s tropical climate, especially during the rainy season from May through November, can occasionally bring ants, mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, and other insects. The property receives regular professional pest-control service, but occasional insects can still find their way inside. Keeping doors and windows closed and food properly stored will help prevent unwanted visitors.

With the beach just a 2-minute walk away, your own private jacuzzi, restaurants and shops nearby, and some of Indian Rocks Beach`s best attractions within easy reach, this is a fantastic home base for your next Florida Gulf Coast vacation.

Please note that our professional hot tub service visits the property twice a week to clean and maintain the hot tubs. Service times may vary and are not scheduled at specific times. The technician will briefly access the hot tubs through the backyard area to perform the necessary cleaning and maintenance.
