THE SPACE

Surfside comfortably sleeps 8 guests across three bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, or couples traveling together.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, cozy fireplace, ceiling fan, private balcony, walk in closet with hangers and en-suite bathroom with double vanity.
Queen Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed, French doors opening directly to the backyard patio & washer/dryer combo.
Bunk Room: Twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle, plus a closet with hangers—perfect for kids or families.
Living Room: Comfortable leather sofa and two accent chairs, with ocean views from inside the home.
Dining Area: Wood dining table with five chairs and a bench, positioned between the kitchen and living room with beautiful ocean views.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Modern appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, and everything needed for morning coffee, quick breakfasts, or family meals.

One of Surfside's standout features is the ocean-view rooftop deck. Relax on the comfortable outdoor sectional, enjoy meals at the outdoor dining table, fire up the BBQ, or gather for sunset drinks while taking in the beautiful Carlsbad coastline.

The rooftop also offers mountain views from the back of the deck, giving you a beautiful backdrop in both directions.

You can even enjoy ocean views from inside the home, including the living and dining areas.

BEACH DAYS & OUTDOOR FUN

Surfside is set up to make beach days easy.

Guests have access to beach equipment and an exterior shower outside the garage, perfect for rinsing off sandy feet and gear after a day at the beach. 2 beach cruiser bikes also available for cruising to the beach, train station or a bike ride through the campgroud across the street.

For a little friendly competition, pickleball equipment is provided, including a net, paddles, and pickleballs. Set up a game right in the oversized driveway. Ping pong also set up and ready to play.

Surfside has two full bathrooms and one upstairs half bath.
