Getting around Park City is easy from this centrally located condo. The free Park City bus stop is conveniently located nearby, making it simple to reach Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, and other local attractions. Main Street is also just about a half-mile away and makes for a pleasant walk. Bike rentals are within walking distance, and with two assigned parking spaces, having a car is convenient but not necessary.

Each unit has 2 designated parking spaces from mid-April through October. During winter, 1 designated parking space is available. We still have 2 spaces, but during periods of heavy snowfall, the HOA may use one space for snow storage.

Vehicles must fit completely within the designated space and may not block sidewalks, neighboring spaces, or access through the parking lot.

Camper vans are allowed only if they fit within the designated parking space and may not be occupied overnight.

4WD and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
1. Be Considerate of Neighbors
All units share common walls, floors, and ceilings. Please keep voices, music, TV, and other noise at a courteous level, both indoors and outdoors.

2. Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours and be respectful of neighbors at all times, including in walkways and parking areas. Noise complaints are taken seriously and may result in fines.

3. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including parking lots and dumpster areas.

4. Parking
During winter months, it`s limited to 1 parking space. Vehicles must fit completely within the assigned stall without blocking sidewalks, neighboring spaces, or access through the parking lot.

5. Pets & Service Animals
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not permitted in short-term rentals. Service Animals may not be left unattended in the unit at any time.

6. Trash & Recycling
Please avoid using trash and recycling receptacles during quiet hours, as they can be loud and disturb neighbors.

-Do not leave trash or recycling on stairs, balconies, porches, decks, or anywhere outside the unit.
-Only clean, loose recycling may be placed in the recycling bin. No plastic bags, glass, or Styrofoam.
-Only household trash in bags may be placed in the community dumpsters.
-Please properly secure trash and recycling receptacles with any required locks or cables.

-- A $300 refundable deposit or a $30 non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in.
