GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home: all bedrooms and bathrooms, the full kitchen and dining area, the living room and lower-level recreation space, laundry facilities, the attached 2-car garage, private driveway, and the outdoor deck and yard. You'll receive a unique door code before arrival for seamless self check-in.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Set in the Lake Como community just outside Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. You're minutes from the private Lake Como beach and the public boat launch, with a short golf-cart ride or walk along the lake to Next Door Pub and Papa's. Downtown Lake Geneva - with its shops, dining, and lakefront - is about 8 minutes away, and Big Foot Beach State Park is roughly 10 minutes. It's an easy drive from Milwaukee (about an hour) and Chicago (90 minutes to two hours).

GOOD TO KNOW
- Self check-in with a smart lock; your door code is sent before arrival.
- Exterior security cameras only (video doorbell + driveway/outdoor areas). None indoors.
- EV charger on site: Level 2 with a NACS port. It works with a CCS adapter, but we don't provide one - please bring your own.
- Golf cart use is optional. To use it, guests sign a separate liability waiver, pay an additional usage fee ($50 a day), and leave a credit card for a refundable security hold.
- Per county rules, every guest must provide ID and current address before the stay - no exceptions.
- No parties or large gatherings without prior host approval.
