-This is a rest-and-relax kind of place – no parties or events, and please keep smoking off the property entirely.
-Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM – per the city of Show Low, so let's keep the mountain air peaceful for you and the neighbors.
-Max headcount is 7 guests – this includes anyone stopping by during the day, not just overnight guests.
-Must be 25+ to book – we love young travelers, but our minimum booking age is 25.
-A quick rental agreement – you'll get a short agreement to sign after booking, just a formality to make sure everyone's on the same page.
