Gather around the fireplace, battle it out in the arcade, turn dinner into a ping-pong tournament, soak in the hot tub or find a quiet corner for some downtime.

Five traditional bedrooms plus the private Ponderosa flex sleeping room provide flexible accommodations for families, couples and multigenerational groups.

BLUE SPRUCE SUITE

A spacious primary retreat with rich blue accents, ensuite bathroom, custom walk-in closet with built-ins and room for an optional Twin rollaway.

ASPEN ROOM

A warm, inviting bedroom—and one of our favorites—with under-bed storage, desk/makeup station, mirror, clothes hooks and ceiling fan.

EVERGREEN ROOM

A Queen bedroom with black wrought-iron bed, green accent wall, distinctive lighting, walk-in closet, makeup station and space for an optional Twin rollaway.

SUNRISE ROOM

This downstairs Queen bedroom combines warm gold tones with light wood furnishings and includes a ceiling fan, walk-in closet, dresser and mirror.

WOLF DEN SUITE

The downstairs primary suite offers an ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet and convenient access to the living, work and kitchenette spaces.

PONDEROSA ROOM

Living room by day, optional private sleeping room by night. A Queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, and surrounding doors close for privacy.

THE SNOWBOWL ARCADE

This isn't a game console tucked into a living room. Wolf Retreat has a dedicated Snowbowl Arcade with 2 full-size stand-up arcade cabinets offering two distinctly different gaming experiences.

One cabinet has 600+ vintage arcade games for classic old-school fun. The second is a premium JAMMA multi-game system with 12,000+ games, advanced graphics and sound, plus arcade pistols for shooting games and immersive 3D play.

From retro favorites to advanced games, there’s something for kids, teens and adults. For unplugged fun, Wolf Retreat also includes 30+ board and card games.

DINE...OR PLAY

Our dining room seats up to 12, with additional seating for 4 at the bar. The full-size JOOLA dining table is also perfect for buffet-style meals—and it has a second personality. When dinner is over, it easily converts into a full-size ping-pong table, turning family meals into tournaments and friendly competition. Custom paddle artwork adds to the fun.

CAN YOU FIND THE WOLF HIDEOUT?

Somewhere inside Wolf Retreat is a hidden room.

We're not going to tell you where.

Those curious enough to discover the Wolf Hideout will find a tiny secret space filled with vintage-inspired details, maps, keys, coins, lanterns and a guest journal.

Finding it is part of the experience.

A CONNECTED DOWNSTAIRS RETREAT

The downstairs suite flows directly from the Snowbowl Arcade and is fully integrated into the home while giving guests another area to spread out.

It includes the Wolf Den Suite and ensuite bath, Ponderosa living/flex sleeping room, kitchenette and workspace with monitor and printer.

The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave and coffee setup. The second refrigerator is especially useful for drinks and overflow groceries.

COMFORT FOR A FULL HOUSE

Wolf Retreat isn't simply capable of sleeping a large group—it has been equipped to make living together more comfortable.

Three heating & AC zones help different areas stay comfortable. Two washer/dryer sets make laundry easier, and 4 bathrooms help keep mornings moving.

FOUR BATHROOMS + COLD-WEATHER COMFORTS

The Blue Spruce ensuite features double sinks, a large walk-in shower and heated floor.

The Mountain Twilight Bathroom serves the Aspen and Evergreen rooms and includes a large walk-in shower.

The Golden Sunrise Bathroom features warm gold accents and a heated floor.

The Wolf Den ensuite offers double sinks, bidet, heated floor and oversized walk-in shower with built-in seating.

HOT-TUB NIGHTS + FOUR OUTDOOR PATIOS

Flagstaff evenings are made for being outside.

Enjoy 4 outdoor patio areas, group seating, 2 outdoor dining areas, 2 grills, covered gathering spaces, fire-pit seating and a private hot tub beneath the mountain sky.

DOGS GET THEIR OWN AMENITIES, TOO

Pre-approved, housebroken dogs are welcome.

The home offers a fully fenced backyard plus a separately fenced back patio with designated dog-potty area and large doggy door.

Guests are responsible for supervising their dogs and picking up pet waste. Cats and other animals are not permitted.

WORK FROM THE MOUNTAINS

Wolf Retreat offers multiple workspaces, including a downstairs setup with monitor and printer, plus Wi-Fi throughout the home.

PARKING + EV

Parking is available for approximately 7–8 vehicles, including a 2-car garage. An EV charger is also available.

PRIVATE WHOLE-HOME EXPERIENCE

Your group has private access to the entire Wolf Retreat home and property, including the connected downstairs suite. No other guest group shares the home.

Keyless entry information is provided before check-in. A few locked owner/storage areas are reserved for supplies. Host assistance is available if needed.

MADE FOR FLAGSTAFF ADVENTURES

Spend your days skiing at Arizona Snowbowl, hiking or biking mountain trails, exploring Historic Downtown Flagstaff, visiting NAU or Lowell Observatory, enjoying local festivals, chasing fall colors or escaping the Valley heat during Flagstaff's beautiful summers.

Flagstaff is also a great base for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Bearizona and Sedona.

Then come home for arcade competitions, ping-pong, board games, fireside conversations and hot-tub nights.

WINTER IN FLAGSTAFF

Snow is part of the magic of Flagstaff, but mountain conditions can change quickly. Wolf Retreat has professional snow-removal service after significant snowfall, plus a snow shovel and ice melt.

City street clearing, road conditions and weather are outside our control. AWD/4WD, chains or other traction equipment may be necessary. Guests are responsible for monitoring forecasts and road conditions and traveling in a suitable vehicle.

If a significant storm is expected, consider arriving before or after the storm when possible and picking up groceries in advance.

Weather, snow, ice, road conditions, travel delays, vehicle limitations, late arrival or early departure do not, by themselves, qualify for a refund or credit. Travel insurance is recommended.

FOREST LIVING

Being surrounded by nature means an occasional spider, insect or other forest pest may find its way inside.

Wolf Retreat receives routine professional pest-control service, but no mountain home can be guaranteed pest-free. Unusual issues reported during a stay can be addressed by our professional pest-control company.

Occasional naturally occurring pests are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund or early-departure credit.

FIRE RESTRICTIONS

Seasonal fire restrictions may limit or prohibit use of the fire pit, grills or other outdoor flame sources. Guests must follow restrictions in effect during their stay.

DARK SKY COUNTRY

Flagstaff is famous for its night skies. Please use outdoor lighting only when needed and turn it off when you're finished enjoying the outdoor spaces.

A PEACEFUL NEIGHBORHOOD

Wolf Retreat is in a residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not permitted, and outside visitors require advance approval. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours.
