Perfect for couples and families of 4, with room for up to 6. Minutes from Mt. Rainier National Park, trails, parks and a seasonal swimming hole.

-No unregistered guests or visitors are permitted on property at any time
-We may charge for additional guests added to the reservation.
IMPORTANT
-Weekly groundskeeping and hot tub maintenance. Tech may be outside during reservation for up to 30 minutes.
-The game room and fitness space are located in a separate backyard retreat with their own private entrance, offering extra space to play, work out, and unwind.
-The second bedroom is a charming open loft overlooking the main living area, accessed by a spiral staircase.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
We have partnered with local service providers to provide the following
Pack and Play Rental: $60
Snowshoe and Poles Rental: $25/set
Trekking Poles: $15/set
Firewood & Kindling Bundle: $20
Early check in $50
Late checkout $50

DOGS
-Up to 2 dogs (2+ years old). Pet fee: $60/dog. No other pets allowed.
-$250/dog fee for unregistered dog(s)
-Dogs are only allowed on hard surface areas of home (kitchen, family room).
-Dogs may not go into bedrooms.
-While we'd prefer for dogs not to be on the sofa, we do provide extra blankets and/or sofa covers that can be used if this is not possible for your dog.
-Dogs must be crated if left unattended.
-All excrement must be picked up outside.
-Dog hair should be removed from all surfaces prior to your departure.
-Dogs must be on a leash when in the neighborhood and may not wander onto the neighbor’s property.
