Son Barba – Space, Nature, and Privacy in Northern Mallorca

Located just outside Sa Pobla, Son Barba is a property designed for relaxing holidays with family or friends. The house boasts approximately 300 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Inside, there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a layout that is especially convenient for groups who appreciate having their own space during their stay.

The open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room in a spacious and inviting setting. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your holiday, and includes a central island and an espresso machine. The dining area is integrated into this space, allowing you to comfortably share breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms and main common areas. It also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a television with on-demand content services, and a washing machine and dryer. For those traveling with young children, a crib and two high chairs are available.

The outdoor area offers plenty of space to enjoy the Mallorcan climate. The property features a private garden, several terrace areas, shaded spaces, and an outdoor dining area. A barbecue is also available for al fresco meals.

Within the grounds, a holm oak grove provides greenery, shade, and a particularly pleasant atmosphere during the warmer months.

The large private swimming pool is one of the highlights of Son Barba. It measures approximately 120 m² and includes an integrated jacuzzi area. Eight sun loungers and parasols surround the pool for comfortable relaxation.

In addition to the private facilities, guests have access to a shared children's pool, a gym with exercise equipment, and a shared bicycle storage area. Towels are also provided for use during pool or beach days.

The estate's excellent location allows guests to easily explore northern Mallorca: visit the Bay of Alcúdia with its long, white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, as well as the Bay of Pollença, with its countless coves and cliffs such as Manresa, La Victòria, Mal Pas, and Bonaire. This area is ideal for scuba diving. You can also easily reach Sa Marina beach, where a wide variety of water sports are practiced, including windsurfing, kitesurfing, and surfing.

The village of Sa Pobla, located just 2 minutes from the villa, is famous for its culinary traditions. In the town center, you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, from traditional Mallorcan dishes to international cuisine. It is also well-known for its International Jazz Festival, held every August. But without a doubt, the most important festival in Sa Pobla is the Sant Antoni celebration. On January 16th and 17th, the town honors its patron saint with bonfires, the dance of the giant figures (cabezudos), and the devils. You can also try Sa Pobla's specialty, the traditional espinagades. The town center is full of life in both summer and winter.

- Sa Pobla has a garbage collection service. Therefore, upon departure, it is forbidden to leave garbage inside or outside the property. Failure to comply will result in a €60 deduction from the security deposit. - For security reasons, there are four cameras installed only in outdoor spaces and oriented towards non-private areas.
