About this house rental
Summary:
Big, two story home decorated with comfort and family in mind. Unique amenities include a custom chandelier and an antique dining set. There are also beautiful fruit trees in the backyard. We are nestled in a newly built family neighborhood. Close to Sky River Casino, 10/15 minute drive to downtown, near Clarksburg Wineries and just a few minutes away from shopping and food options! Theres a beautiful park walking distance from the home as well; perfect for a walk or jog.
Guest Access:
The entire home is available for guest use. Guests are not allowed to use the storage shed in the backyard.
The Neighborhood:
We are in a newly built neighborhood, close to the heart of Elk Grove, near Laguna. We are 10/15 minutes from Downtown Sacramento, Clarksburg Wineries and Sky River Casino. Grocery shopping is just up the main road and there's a beautiful park just a few minutes walk from the front door.
Other Things to Note:
We ask that guests do not disturb any of the covered, personal items kept in the garage.
NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)
