Steps from the slopes, the Alpine Escape is a 4-bedroom mountain townhome with heated floors, a full kitchen, and a hot tub practically to yourself. Sleep up to 10, bring the dogs, and come ready to explore. World-class skiing, hiking, rafting, and the Yampa River trail are all right outside your door. Need more space? Our sister property, the Escape Chalet, is right next door. Perfect for larger groups or families traveling together who want their own space without being far apart. The Alpine Escape is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome spread across three levels, sleeping up to 8 adults and up to 12 with children (under 12 years old) The main living area has soaring vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, radiant heated floors, and a ceiling fan overhead. The fully equipped kitchen seats 6 at the dining table and 3 at the bar, with a full suite of cookware and small appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and crockpot. Step out to the deck and you'll find an electric grill and four Adirondack chairs. The Bedrooms: * The Meadow Room (1st Floor) — Queen bed, en suite bath, backyard access, sleeps 2 * The Aspen Room (1st Floor) — Queen bed, en suite bath, backyard access, sleeps 2 * The Alpine Suite (2nd Floor) — King bed, en suite bath, sleeps 2 * The Summit Suite (3rd Floor) — Two full beds, en suite bath, ceiling fan, sleeps 2–4 Additionally: - Every bedroom has its own TV, plus a TV in the main living area. - Two portable AC units are available for summer. - The garage includes ski and snowboard wall racks for winter storage. - A washer and dryer are available. - The communal hot tub is steps from the front door shared among a small number of units and open 10am–10pm. Max 2 dogs are welcome. 1) Check-in 4pm / Check-out 10am 2) Keyless entry via Yale smart lock 2b) Your code will be sent automatically before arrival 3) Guests have full access to the entire home. 4) Hot tub gate code provided in your check-in instructions. 4b) Open 10am–10pm I'm available by call or text throughout your stay. You'll hear from me before arrival and after check-in to make sure everything is going smoothly. 1) No smoking inside or outside the property — $1,000 fine for violations 2) No parties or large gatherings — $1,000 fine for violations 3) Dogs welcome, up to 2 per stay 3b) $50 per dog per night pet fee. 3c) Dogs must be registered before arrival, leashed at all times in the complex, and kept off furniture. 3d) Exceeding the 2-dog limit is subject to a $1,000 fine. 4) Quiet hours 10pm–7am
