Enjoy a quiet, modern queen room on the garden level of The Serene in Central Harlem. This approximately 211-square-foot private accommodation sleeps two guests and includes a separate kitchenette area and a dedicated, locked bathroom located directly across the shared hallway.

THE SPACE
Room 102 includes one queen bed, a Smart TV for use with your own streaming accounts, complimentary Wi-Fi, blackout curtains, clothing storage, and independently controlled heating and air conditioning. The kitchenette includes a sink, cabinets, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, two toasters, and two hot plates. There is no dishwasher or kettle.

The dedicated bathroom is exclusively for Room 102 guests but is located outside the room across the shared hallway; it is not shared with other guests. It has a shower only and no bathtub. Linens, towels, a hair dryer, and essential toiletries are provided.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private keypad access to Room 102 and separate keypad access to its dedicated bathroom, plus shared backyard access from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Entry instructions and unique access codes are sent after guest verification.

There is no on-site parking; street parking is not guaranteed.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Two-night minimum. The primary guest must be 21 or older, complete verification, and stay at the property. Registered guests only; visitors require advance approval. No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No pets except trained service animals. Children and infants are welcome; a crib may be provided with advance notice.

Exterior and shared-area cameras continuously record video at entrances, hallways, the backyard, and deck areas. No cameras are inside private accommodations, and audio is disabled. Smoke/CO detectors are installed in every room, the building is fully sprinklered, and fire extinguishers and first-aid supplies are in shared hallways.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
This is a professionally managed, automated accommodation with remote support and no on-site front desk. Normal city and building sounds may be heard. There is no washer, dryer, laundry service, or daily housekeeping. An iron and ironing board are available from a shared hallway drawer upon request.
