The Space:

Upstairs, the third living area adds another comfortable place to unwind, with a sofa, TV and wet bar with a mini fridge, giving everyone the freedom to gather or enjoy time apart.



The gourmet kitchen is beautifully equipped with quality appliances, ample preparation space and an island with stools for conversation while dinner comes together. Nearby, the dining area sets the scene for leisurely breakfasts, shared feasts and evenings lingering around the table.



Outdoors, the covered alfresco dining area invites leisurely breakfasts and BBQ dinners overlooking the private garden and lawn. Spend sunny afternoons cooling off in the private pool, reading from a sun lounger or sharing drinks in the poolside seating. Another garden setting creates an inviting spot for a game of cards or afternoon conversation, while the outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after a swim.



The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across both levels, with three king beds, a queen bed and two bunk beds offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The primary bedroom enjoys balcony access and ocean views, bringing a glimpse of the coast to mornings and evenings. Four full bathrooms, including two ensuites, make getting ready easy for groups, complemented by a bathtub and outdoor shower.

From here, it's also just a three-minute drive to Dunsborough town centre, home to a vibrant dining scene with options like Yarri Restaurant + Bar, Blue Manna Bistro, La Lah, Pedro's Mexican and Occy's. The town centre also has shops and a supermarket, so it's easy to grab everyday essentials or enjoy a night out.



Don't forget to check out the famous Simmos Ice Creamery for a sweet treat. Families will love Country Life Farm Dunsborough, just a six-minute drive away, with hands-on animal feeding and plenty of activities for kids. Meelup Regional Park, also a six-minute drive away, offers stunning bays perfect for swimming and snorkelling.
