The space
This bright junior one-bedroom is designed for an easy, comfortable extended stay in Marin.
The apartment occupies the upstairs portion of a duplex and has its own private entrance and porch. Inside, large windows bring plenty of natural light into the living space, bedroom and kitchen, while warm wood floors run throughout most of the apartment.
The separate bedroom has a queen bed and generous mirrored closet. The living room includes a sofa that converts to an additional bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to four guests when needed.

The full kitchen includes a gas range and oven, full-size refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes and utensils, so you’ll have what you need for everyday cooking.

A small dining table works equally well for meals or a laptop, and Wi-Fi is included for working from home.

Outside, you’ll have a private covered porch and off-street parking for up to two cars.

The apartment sits on a small hill above Center Boulevard, in a residential pocket between Fairfax and San Anselmo. Once down the hill, Center Boulevard provides a convenient route toward both downtowns.

This is a particularly nice location for someone who wants access to the restaurants, cafés, shops and everyday conveniences of both Fairfax and San Anselmo while having a quieter residential home base.
