The Space:

Winterplace L301 features 2 bedrooms and a loft. Opening the front door you are welcomed with a mudroom area with cubbies and storage for your gear. The first bedroom consists of 2 twin bunk bed sets and a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting to the queen bedroom. Through this bedroom you will come to another full bathroom, a large kitchen, and a beautiful living room with high ceilings and a fireplace. There is plenty of seating for guests on the couches, bar connected to the kitchen, and at the dining room table.



Up the stairs you come to the loft with a twin bunk bed set and a queen bed. There is also a keyboard in this space for the musician of your group.



Guests will also have access to the communal pool steps from the condo. Enjoy easy access to the slopes with a quick walk across the parking lot to the trail connected to the Okemo Clocktower Base Area.

After a long day on the slopes, guests can enjoy the quaint village atmosphere with its boutique shops, restaurants, and cafes, and warm up by a cozy fireplace. Whether you're a family, couple, or group of friends, Ludlow offers something for everyone, making it the perfect winter escape.

Parking notes: Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the unit. Two parking passes are provided in the unit upon arrival. Please reach out to us if you require more than two parking passes, we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive may be required in the winter.
