About this apartment rental
This renovated duplex-up apartment is located in one of the most charming and diverse neighborhoods in Chicago. Located on a tree-lined street with an independently owned diner, nail salon, and James Beard Award-nominated cocktail bar Nobody's Darling on the corner, you will find a handful of Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants nestled in between independent boutiques, antique shops, and coffee shops just two blocks away on bustling Clark St.
Guests will have access to our entire home. Our primary suite is located on the upper level and includes:
- King bed with smart TV and amazing skylights to watch the planes fly into O'Hare (don't worry, it's not loud at all!)
- Expansive primary bathroom with dual shower, dual vanity, and separated water closet
- Lounge area with Google Chrome-equipped smart TV
- Full size washer and dryer, including laundry pods
The 2nd bedroom on the main level is equipped with:
- Full size bed with Zinus Green Tea mattress
- 32" television equipped with a Roku for your entertainment
- Mini-fridge
- Blackout shades
Office on the main level has a sit-stand desk and external monitor, as well as an electric piano. Fast wifi will ensure you can work comfortably as needed.
The bright and updated kitchen is fully stocked with spices, pots, pans, etc that you are more than welcome to use. In the pantry, you'll have a dedicated shelf and drawer to store your personal food items, and if you can't find something you need, just ask :)
In the back of the unit, there is a private porch but the true magic happens when you head downstairs to the string-lit backyard. There is a variety of Adirondack surrounding a propane fire pit where you are welcome to wind down (and say hi to our neighbors!).
