About this house rental

Your beach getaway awaits in Popponesset with a brand new custom kitchen, fenced yard, 2 full bathrooms & outdoor shower, and a 5-minute walk to the famous Spit or private Popponesset beaches.. With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed, you have plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms plus a new outdoor shower provide lots of space for getting ready for your adventures. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and central air conditioning. Whether you’re unwinding after a day at the beach or enjoying a quiet morning, this charming home offers a welcoming respite. We are located directly across from the Popponessett Community Center, which offers a playground, large field for games, basketball hoops, and activities throughout the summer. Popponesset Beach flag included.
