Fantastic communication, clean well laid out space, great communal area, washing machine and nothing was too much for Frederica & sebastioano. Highly recommend staying with charme rooms. We had to rebook at the last minute whilst away as other accommodation cancelled which was stressful. This made it all ok.

Es muy cómodo, fácil acceso, todo súper limpio, los host Sebastiano y Federica siempre atentos y al pendiente.
Definitivamente volveré!!
Me hubiera gustado un poco más amplio el espacio de la regadera.

We ended up here last minute due to a bad experience at a different hotel in Rome. This hotel was an amazing respite. The hosts are SO communicative (kind and explained everything). The room is so charming, so clean, perfectly comfortable. AC works, great water pressure, mini fridge, clean, safe and quiet. Adorable and authentic neighborhood (we ate so well!!). I will be staying here again. One of the best hotels I’ve had in Italy.
