Minutes from La Costa and Aviara golf courses, Omni La Costa Resort, and Carlsbad Village, with easy freeway access, shopping, restaurants, and walking trails nearby. Community amenities include two pools, saunas, jacuzzis, tennis, and pickleball courts.
Features two fireplaces, a granite kitchen, and private patio in one of Carlsbad’s most desired communities.
The space
Townhouse Condo 2 bed 2 1/2 bath with patio and Premiere bedroom has private balcony overlooking space. Ideal location, walking distance to the Omni La Costa resort and golf course. The complex has four Pickleball and two tennis courts to swimming pools spa and sauna.
Great location close to the ocean, the freeway, and great restaurants, and shopping.
Guest access
Lockbox available at the entrance. Access code provided a check-in to access key. Please leave keys in the lockbox when checking out.

Parking & Keys
Lock box code will be shared on day of Checkin.
Parking (2 options):
• Assigned space G-14, upper level 6’5 height (under the pickleball/tennis courts). Gate remote is inside the condo on the counter. From the lot, take the stairs to ground level, walk straight — Unit G is the 3rd door on the right.
• Lower Visitor Parkimg lot 6’4 height (subject to availability; most residents use it). Take the steps up to the walkway, turn right, follow the path as it turns left — Unit G is the 3rd door on the right.
Parking
Tip: Park in the lower guest lot on arrival, since the gate remote is inside the condo.
Uphill driveway entrance, and the split drive (right = assigned parking with remote, left = visitor parking lot).
Keys: In the gray lock box on the door handle. Code: @ check-in. The smaller key opens the front door; the larger key accesses the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and courts.
The condo will be ready for check-in @ 3pm. Photo of parking ramps: Left lower level Visitor Parking, Right upper level parking for assigned parking with remote access.
