DOG FRIENDLY- Enjoy the Fall River from the deck of this 1,100 square foot – two bedroom (1 King, 2 Twins), 2 full bath condo. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. A river-view balcony, UPDATED kitchen, and great room with a flat-screen TV make this the perfect spot for an Estes Park vacation. Located about 1 mile west of downtown Estes Park and 2 mile from the North entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Free WIFI, gas grill, washer/dryer.

The space
Three night minimum stay required! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs in the condo. Dogs are allowed for a Pet Fee of $175.
Our mountain home does NOT have air conditioning, however if you open the upstairs windows, it will cool down from the canyon breeze. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind on our property, including the balcony & decks. Please see our Policies page for more information.
