About this apartment rental
The layout is built for a comfortable stay, not just a place to sleep. Downstairs you will find an open living space, a fully stocked kitchen, bar seating and a dining table that both double as a work setup, and a private patio with table and chairs. Upstairs, a king bedroom opens onto the furnished balcony, with a coffee bar right there so your morning starts without a trip down the stairs. The second bedroom has a queen, and we can set up an additional air mattress for a child or a fifth guest.
Central air and heat throughout, high speed wifi, and everything you need already in the cupboards.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Indian Wells sits in the middle of everything the Coachella Valley has to offer. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas Open, is under a mile away, close enough that you can skip the shuttle lines entirely during tournament weeks. The Indian Wells Golf Resort is right next door, and PGA West in La Quinta is about twelve minutes out.
El Paseo, the valley's main shopping and dining stretch, is about five minutes away in Palm Desert. Old Town La Quinta is ten minutes southeast. The Empire Polo Club in Indio, where Coachella and Stagecoach are held, is roughly fifteen minutes. Downtown Palm Springs, with its mid century architecture, restaurants and the Aerial Tramway, is about twenty five minutes northwest. The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Acrisure Arena, and Agua Caliente Casino are all within about fifteen minutes, and the west entrance to Joshua Tree National Park is about forty five minutes out.
Palm Springs International Airport is about twenty minutes from the front door.
GETTING AROUND
A car is recommended. Parking on site is open and unassigned, and there is no charge for it. Paid EV charging is available within the complex on a first come first served basis, a short walk from the unit. Rideshare coverage is reliable throughout the valley, and during the BNP Paribas Open the Tennis Garden is close enough to walk or take a very short ride.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
