Enjoy a soft, cozy queen bed, easy meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming living room perfect for unwinding after a day out. The clean bathroom is stocked with all the essentials. Plus, you’re just minutes from top attractions, great restaurants, and shopping—right where you want to be.



Guest Access:

The unit is located on the second floor, one flight of stairs up.



*Optional Damage Waiver*



Accidents can happen. For a one-time, non-refundable fee of $35, you may add a Damage Waiver that covers up to $400 in qualifying accidental damage during your stay, including spills, stains, and broken glassware.



The waiver excludes intentional damage, missing items, pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, and damage resulting from unauthorized parties or events, negligence, misuse, or violations of house rules.

You’ll be staying in the lively Lake View East neighborhood, where getting around is easy and convenient. CTA trains and buses are just a short walk away, with access to the Brown, Red, and Purple Lines for quick trips downtown and to other parts of the city. The area is highly walkable, with coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and local boutiques nearby, and biking is a great option with Divvy stations close by and the scenic lakefront trail within easy reach. If you’re driving or using rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, street parking is available (permit restrictions may apply), and rides are easy to find.
