Hosted by Coastal Stay, welcome to Hamilton Place Lakestone Building! This brand-new building features three separate two-bedroom, two-bathroom units reserved together for your group. With six bedrooms, six bathrooms, three kitchens, and three living rooms, the building accommodates up to 12 guests while providing plenty of space and privacy.
Each unit features light wood finishes, soft blue-gray accents, and crisp modern details that create a calm, lake-inspired atmosphere. This setup is ideal for families, wedding groups, retreats, or friends who want to stay close while enjoying their own private spaces.
Please Note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 11 pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

The Lakestone Building includes three separate two-story units. Each unit has its own private ground-floor entrance, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and in-unit laundry.
Your reservation includes all three private units in the building. Please note that the units are next to each other but have separate entrances and no interior connecting doors.
☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
The building offers six bedrooms and accommodates up to 12 guests. Each unit has two bedrooms on the second floor:
🛏️ Bedroom 1: King bed
🛏️ Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Across all three units, your group will have three king beds and three queen beds. Every bedroom includes a Smart TV and an individual HVAC mini-split for personalized comfort.
Fresh linens are provided in each unit, along with a Pack ’n Play for families traveling with an infant. Please note that all bedrooms require the use of stairs.

The building includes six full bathrooms—two within each unit:

The open-concept first floor of each unit combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room in one bright and comfortable gathering space. Relax on the sectional sofa and enjoy the Smart TV, or gather around the spacious kitchen counter for meals and conversation.
Every kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Each unit also has a high chair for younger guests.
Each unit has its own washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, mini-split climate control, and private ground-floor entrance.
☆☆ SHARED OUTDOOR SPACES ☆☆
Hamilton Place guests share access to the backyard and year-round pavilion. The outdoor area features two fireplaces, seating for up to 24 guests, and two gas grills. A shared bike rack is also available near the parking lot.
Please note: Hamilton Place includes four buildings, and the outdoor amenities are shared with guests staying elsewhere in the complex. Occasional noise from neighboring buildings and common outdoor areas may be heard during your stay.

Three designated parking spaces are provided in the private lot—one for each unit. Please park only in the assigned spaces to avoid the risk of towing.
☆☆ SECURITY ☆☆
Exterior security cameras monitor designated outdoor areas of the complex for safety and security. There are no cameras inside any of the units.
Please Note: For security and liability reasons, our address cannot be used for mail or package deliveries. Please utilize local Amazon lockers or postal services for your delivery needs.

Depending on availability, groups can reserve multiple units within one building, combine two or more buildings, or book the entire Hamilton Place complex. We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $750 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.
If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 12 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 11 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at this location due to HOA regulations.
Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest.
