A beautiful and well-kept condo offers a peaceful and centrally-located 2-bedroom unit with stunning views of the ocean. In the heart of the Alta Mira community, it is centrally located near the pool, sauna, hot tub, laundry facilities and open grassy areas.
Located just east of the freeway, with the ocean just a short drive away, as well as good dining, Legoland, the flower fields, and Carlsbad Outlet Mall.
The Property
The living room area is large and breezy with a view, TV, and balcony with views of the ocean, pool, and nice grassy areas. There are also nice walkways throughout the Altamira neighborhood, and also occasional community activities.
The pool is large with a jacuzzi hot tub next to it, along with a nice sauna.
The primary bedroom is ensuite, with the 2nd bedroom containing a twin bunkbed. The 2nd bathroom with tub is in the hallway.
Parking is in front of the condo, that requires the use of the parking pass that is kept in your car while staying. If lost it requires $100.00 to replace.
Alta Mira community requires a minimum rental of 30-31 days (1 month).
