Our place is a fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment with 2 comfy beds, a full kitchen, dining area, Wi-Fi, and a clean private bathroom. A space to truly relax and recharge.



The Space:

The living area features large windows that let in tons of natural light, plus a comfy sofa, TV, and a desk if you need to get some work done. There’s also a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking your own meals and feeling right at home.



The spacious bedroom includes two queen-size beds, making it a great fit for families, friends, or small groups. You’ll have your own clean and private bathroom, plus Wi-Fi to keep you connected during your stay.

Guest Access:

The unit's on the 3rd floor and you'll have to use the stairs to get there.

Accidents can happen. For a one-time, non-refundable fee of $35, you may add a Damage Waiver that covers up to $400 in qualifying accidental damage during your stay, including spills, stains, and broken glassware.



The waiver excludes intentional damage, missing items, pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, and damage resulting from unauthorized parties or events, negligence, misuse, or violations of house rules.

If you decline the waiver, you remain responsible for any applicable damage charges.

This property places you in bustling Lakeview with plenty of dining choices from cozy cafés to well-loved restaurants like Paulina Market.



Getting Around:

The Paulina Brown Line stop is within walking distance, along with multiple bus routes for easy city travel.

For an added layer of peace of mind, you may choose our optional, non-refundable Damage Waiver for $35 per stay in place of a traditional security deposit.



The waiver covers up to $400 of minor accidental damage, including incidents such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.



Coverage is limited to accidental damage and does not extend to intentional damage, theft, missing items, unauthorized parties, violations of house rules, excessive cleaning, unauthorized pet-related damage, or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or reckless behavior.



Guests who do not purchase the Damage Waiver remain responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.



We may ask for a bit of extra screening and a valid government ID to complete the booking.

We’re cat-friendly (cats only, please!)—just let us know if you’re bringing one. There’s a $50 fee per cat. Pets must not be left unattended unless they are crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair or odors.
