The space
Set in the stunning surroundings of Benissa on Spain’s beautiful Costa Blanca, Casa Coco is a spacious Mediterranean villa designed for relaxed family holidays, long lunches in the sun and evenings spent enjoying the views.

The villa offers generous accommodation for families and groups, with spacious bedrooms thoughtfully arranged throughout the house to provide both comfort and privacy. The bedrooms are bright and welcoming, with crisp cotton bedding and a relaxed Mediterranean feel, creating calm spaces to retreat to after a day at the beach or by the pool.

At the heart of the house is a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. The villa's generous indoor living and dining areas flow naturally into the outdoor spaces, making it easy to enjoy the Costa Blanca's wonderful climate and views of Calpe Rock (Peñon De Ifach).

In the villa gardens, enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, gather for long lunches or dine outdoors in the evening surrounded by the garden and Mediterranean landscape. The terraces and outdoor areas offer plenty of space to relax, while the pool provides the perfect place to cool off on warm Spanish days.

The Sauna separates this villa from others. Made from fragrant norweigian cedar, the Sauna has spectacular views of the pool, sea and Peñon de Ifach - Sauna lovers will be thrilled.

One of the highlights of El Remol is its beautiful outlook. From the villa and its terraces, guests can enjoy expansive views across the surrounding landscape, creating a wonderful sense of space and tranquillity.

The villa is ideally located for exploring the Costa Blanca. The beaches, restaurants and lively waterfront of both Calpe and the beautiful coastal town of Moraira are within an easy 10-15 minute drive. The coves and beaches of the Benissa coastline are close by, giving guests plenty of options for swimming, exploring and enjoying the Mediterranean.

Casa Coco is a home designed to be enjoyed slowly — mornings by the pool, afternoons exploring the coast and evenings gathered around the dinner table with family and friends.

Guests are free to use the entire house.

Energy consumption -responsible electrcity usage is included in your stay. To help us manage electricity responsibly we kindly ask guests not to leave airconditioning and sauna running unnecessarily.

Exceptionally high electricity consumption may be charged separately based on documented usage.

If you wish to use the pool heating, please let us know. Pool heating is charged at an additional 15 Euros per day.
