The deposit will be refunded to the same card used for the payment within a maximum of 3 business days after check-out, once the apartment has been inspected.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of violation, a €200 penalty will be charged and may be deducted from the security deposit.
* Pets are not allowed.
* A baby cot is available for €10 per night. Please request it in advance.
Bachelor/Bachelorette parties and similar events are not allowed in this property.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and avoid excessive noise during these hours.
A €300 damage deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit will be pre-authorized on a credit card and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, once the property has been inspected and no damages have been found.
Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 30 minutes before reaching the property. This will allow our host to meet you, hand over the keys, and provide all the necessary information for your stay.
