GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including both bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, private patio, and one dedicated parking spot. Detailed self-check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- 30-night minimum stay
- Maximum 4 guests
- No smoking or vaping inside or on the patio
- No pets
- Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM weekdays, 10 PM to 8 AM weekends
- The property is located on an incline with steps to access the entrance
- Guest verification through Truvi is required prior to check-in
- For stays of 30+ nights, additional housekeeping details will be provided

Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests must be pre-approved.

🌞 Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (weekdays) and 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (weekends). Please be respectful of neighbors.

🌞 No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Guests may use the outdoor patio for smoking but must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

🌞 No Parties or Events
This is a peaceful residential area. Parties, loud gatherings, and events are not allowed.

🌞 Occupancy Limit
The maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval.

🌞 Parking
Guests have access to a small 1-car parking pad on the right side of the house. PLEASE
Street parking is not allowed on our street, but additional vehicles may park on nearby streets.

🌞 Cleanliness and Care
Please treat the home as if it were your own. Notify us immediately if something breaks or is damaged.
Dispose of trash in the appropriate outdoor bins (blue for recycling, black for trash).

🌞 Washer and Dryer
Guests may use the washer and dryer located on the ground floor.

🌞 Pets
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

🌞 Security
A front porch camera is in place for security purposes and monitors the exterior entryway only.
