Located in the heart of Vancouver's Arbutus Ridge neighborhood, this home offers excellent connectivity to the city's public transit system. Just steps away, you'll find several bus routes:​



- Route 25: Provides east-west service along King Edward Avenue, connecting UBC to Brentwood Station.​

- Route 33: Runs along 16th Avenue, offering access to UBC and 29th Avenue Station.​
