Full tub/shower combo with toilet, located at the far end of the suite.
LAUNDRY
In-unit washer and dryer across from the kitchen. Detergent provided.
SUPPLY CLOSET
In the hallway between the bedrooms and kitchen — iron, ironing board, and extra supplies.
The suite features original Indigenous artwork on the walls — a thoughtful reflection of the Capilano Reserve land this home sits on.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire downstairs suite for the duration of their stay along with the back patio equipped with outdoor dining table , BBQ and comfy lounging furniture .

• Trailer parking space next to / in front of the house — suitable for long trailers or side-by-sides

The Neighborhood:
313 Rivers Road sits on the Capilano Indigenous Reserve — a quiet, forested pocket of West Vancouver steps from the Capilano River. Most people drive through this area on their way to Grouse Mountain without realising people actually live here. It's a genuine escape from the city, surrounded by trees and greenery, with a stillness that's rare this close to Vancouver.
The location punches well above its seclusion: the Capilano River Regional Park is right on your doorstep for walks and nature trails. Capilano Suspension Bridge and Park is minutes away. Grouse Mountain's gondola base is a short drive. Cypress Provincial Park is 15 minutes up the hill. In winter this is a prime ski base. In summer it's a hiker and mountain biker's dream.
For day-to-day needs, Park Royal Shopping Centre — one of BC's largest open-air malls — is just a 10-minute drive with full grocery stores, restaurants, a Cactus Club, Earls, and everything you'd need for your stay. Edgemont Village in North Van is also nearby for a more local neighbourhood feel.
Getting Around:
A car or rideshare is strongly recommended for this property. It is not within walking distance of shops, restaurants, or transit hubs — but everything you came to the North Shore for is a short drive away.
