Introducing Bridgestone, a fully renovated three-bedroom triplex apartment with two full and two half bathrooms, a private deck, and access to a shared garden in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Set behind a classic limestone façade, the home pairs original stained glass and high ceilings with white oak floors and contemporary finishes. Oversized doors and glass panels fill the open parlor level with natural light, where the living and dining spaces connect to a modern kitchen equipped with a Viking refrigerator, Verona range, and Bosch dishwasher. Double glass doors open onto the spacious private deck, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing. The garden is shared with tenants in the garden apartment.
The bedrooms are furnished with one king, one queen, and one twin bed. The home also features a finished basement with additional recreational space, workstation, indoor bike, in-unit washer and dryer, radiant heated floors in select areas, and generous storage. Set on a tree-lined Brooklyn block, Bridgestone is near Saratoga Square Park, neighborhood restaurants and cafés, and the C, J, and Z subway lines for convenient access throughout the city.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Bed–Stuy is a neighborhood in the northern section of the New York City borough of Brooklyn. Bedford–Stuyvesant is bordered by Flushing Avenue to the north, Classon Avenue to the west, Broadway to the east, and Atlantic Avenue to the south). The main shopping street, Fulton Street, runs east–west the length of the neighborhood and intersects high-traffic north–south streets including Bedford Avenue, Nostrand Avenue, and Stuyvesant Avenue.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee per pet.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
The garden is shared with tenants in the garden apartment. Guests are encouraged to primarily use the deck off the parlor floor.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
Security deposit
Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
