🏗️ Developing Resort Community & 🌲 Nature
The Fourth Story is located in a growing new-construction community, so some nearby construction activity is possible during your stay, and seasonal pollen and forest debris are common in the Smokies. Our cleaning team thoroughly prepares all outdoor spaces before every arrival, though dust or debris can resettle on decks, furniture and railings between cleanings - we appreciate your understanding.

Our cabin is surrounded by forests and natural wildlife habitat, so you may encounter bears, insects, spiders, birds, and other wildlife common to the area. We regularly treat and monitor for pests but cannot guarantee you won`t see wildlife during your stay.

📱 Cell service can vary throughout the Smoky Mountains depending on your carrier; high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the cabin.

📘 A digital guidebook with check-in instructions, property info and local recommendations is provided prior to arrival.

Most importantly, we want you to relax, enjoy your stay, and create lasting memories with family and friends. If you have any questions before or during your visit, we`re always happy to help.
