Self check-in is available for your convenience. A key fob will be provided for building access during your stay.
You`ll have complete privacy during your stay with convenient self check-in. Our friendly support team is available 24/7 through Airbnb if you need assistance or have any questions. We`re always happy to help!
Please note that this apartment is located in a vibrant urban neighborhood, so you may occasionally hear typical city noise. Free street parking is available nearby, but spaces are first come, first served.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these house rules:
• No smoking or vaping inside the unit or anywhere in the building. A $500 USD fee will apply if this rule is violated.
• No parties, events, or excessive noise at any time.
• No illegal drugs or illegal activities are permitted on the property.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests or visitors are not permitted to stay the night.
• Small pets are welcome, but they must not be left unattended in the apartment at any time.
• Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Lost or unreturned building FOBs will incur a $200 CAD replacement fee.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
