* A deck to enjoy the great views with propane BBQ
* A full laundry room with washer and dryer
* Half Bath off the great-room
* Primary Suite with Cal King bed, full bath (separate jetted tub and shower)
Downstairs Features:
* Family room with comfortable seating and a TV
* Foos ball Table
* Bedroom 2, with 1 bunk bed (double down, single above) and 1 twin
