Escape to The Lodge at Carrick Castle Estate, a luxury spa lodge for up to 16 guests, plus two toddlers under three, set on a private estate overlooking Loch Goil in the Scottish Highlands.
With eight individually decorated bedrooms, generous living spaces and beautiful loch, mountain and estate views, The Lodge is ideal for family gatherings, reunions, retreats or a relaxing group escape in Scotland. Three bedrooms are double en-suites with bath and shower, while five can be arranged as doubles or twins and have allocated bathrooms (subject to availability).
At the heart of the house is a spacious, sociable kitchen, a private dining room seating up to 20 guests, and a large drawing room with a log fire and baby grand electric piano. Four balconies offer wonderful views across the surrounding countryside and Loch Goil.
Private spa facilities include an outdoor hot tub with estate views, an outdoor sauna, indoor steam room and underfloor heating throughout. The second floor also features a gallery games room with pool table, private observatory and study, providing plenty of space to relax, play or enjoy a quiet moment.
Step outside and explore the estate, from gentle walks to longer hill treks through the surrounding Highland landscape. Guests can also discover the historic 14th-century Carrick Castle, visit the estate’s welcoming farm-themed café for hearty food and coffee, and enjoy the chance to meet and feed the farm animals.
Carrick Castle Estate also places sustainability at the heart of the guest experience. Through our ongoing forestry project, the estate absorbs approximately 10,000 tonnes of carbon each year.
