Welcome to the Finney House - located at 1687 N River Road in Halifax, Pennsylvania!
This original 1850s farmhouse has been transformed into thoughtfully curated suites, while preserving the charm of original woodwork, exposed brick, and hardwood floors all blended seamlessly with modern amenities. Unwind with morning coffee on the porch, explore nearby trails and markets, or simply relax in your space. Expect attentive service, pet‑friendly warmth, and authentic local experiences.
Enjoy this fully furnished, 730 sq ft suite for a refreshing time away!
Suite 104 is located on the 2nd floor of the back side of the house. It includes one bedroom with a king bed and desk with chair, a living room, fully stocked kitchen, table with 2 chairs, full bath, and stacked washer/dryer.
All bed/bath linens, soaps, coffee, tea, kitchen basics, and paper products provided. Iron and ironing board available upon request.
Guests have access to the back entryway, suite, shared hot tub and sauna, fire pit area, and all outdoor spaces.
The Finney House is located between Halifax and Millersburg off N River Road. It sits back from the road with a few other homes. The grounds include a small fish pool with a fountain, a hot tub, a sauna, ample parking, and is landscaped with seasonal flowers and shrubbery. Town parks, local dinning and shopping, a golf course, and access to the Susquehanna River are all within a 5-10 minute drive.
Pets are welcome with a $65 pet fee per pet. 2 pet limit. Please add all pets to reservation when booking.
