Beautiful brand new home on the Island! Features beautiful solid surface counters, tile through out, master walk in shower, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Built in 2025. Located in culdesac. Cable T.V and Internet included. Walking distance from restaurants. Minutes away from launch ramp. **NO PETS PLEASE** Does not have garage access. Winter Snowbird Rental ONLY.

We appreciated the property. Walked to a local restaurant which had great food. Garage had air conditioning which was a blessing!

This is property is everything advertised and more. First, Scott is great to work with and responded very quickly from initial inquiry and any other questions. Secondly, the location on the island in an upscale neighborhood was great – close to scenic overlooks for beautiful sunsets. There is a bike path/walking path steps from the front door. Additionally, the home is very well equipped. We stayed for a week recently during the recent COVID-19 situation and thus, had a lot of our meals at “home” due to restaurants being “carry-out” only – the kitchen is definitely spacious and very well equipped – I cooked a lot (which I love). The living area and couches are extremely comfortable. Master bedroom and bath also very nice. All of this PLUS an oversized AIR-CONDITIONED garage with ping-pong table (we enjoyed several evenings of ping-pong tournaments), made for the perfect stay! We had our bass boat garaged every night and were able to enjoy cleaning it after being on the water all day in the wonderful cool air of the garage (versus on the boat launch parking lot at 103 degrees!) Will definitely check with Scott next time we find ourselves in LHC – perfect vacation week in a great home! Thanks again. Dave & Karen
