Sola Sky Condominiums Unit #4 is a 3rd-floor West Seattle/Alki condo with bright living spaces, Puget Sound views, a private balcony, full kitchen, dining area, comfortable bedrooms, and bathrooms stocked for your stay. The 3rd floor has two finished STR units: Unit #4 and Unit #3. Please note: Units #1 and #2 on the 2nd floor are currently being remodeled, and guests will pass through the 2nd-floor common area/stairwell to access Unit #4. It is 100% safe to pass through, but just keep in mind the floor is not 100% ready.
Once again, just to make things absolutely clear, Please note that Sola Sky Condominiums is a multi-unit building, and Unit #4 is located on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator, so guests will need to use stairs to access the unit.
Units #1 and #2 on the 2nd floor are currently being remodeled, and guests will pass through the 2nd-floor common/stair area on the way to Unit #4. The 3rd-floor units, including Unit #4, are completed and ready for stays.
Some construction-related activity may be visible in the common areas during the remodel. We appreciate guests’ understanding as improvements are being completed in the building.
