This beach town house has cool breeze coming through with ocean views from the living room, bedrooms and rooftop deck. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, with 5 minute walk to sandy beach, restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, train station, Sunset Market.
The Space:
This property can easily accommodate 6 to 8 people plus more day guests. It has 3 floors with a spiral staircase and about 15 steps between levels. Ground floor has a 2 car garage and laundry room. The first floor has living room with sofa bed, half bathroom, fully equip kitchen and dining room that seats 8 people. Second floor has all 3 bedrooms with 4 beds total and 2 full bathrooms. Third floor is the rooftop with a built in gas grill, plenty of dining seating, outdoor sofa and gas fireplace; this is the best place to capture the ocean views. Also, air conditioning in all living spaces and strong wifi throughout all floors.

This property has a private entrance and a 2 car parking garage.
