This property can easily accommodate 6 to 8 people plus more day guests. It has 3 floors with a spiral staircase and about 15 steps between levels. Ground floor has a 2 car garage and laundry room. The first floor has living room with sofa bed, half bathroom, fully equip kitchen and dining room that seats 8 people. Second floor has all 3 bedrooms with 4 beds total and 2 full bathrooms. Third floor is the rooftop with a built in gas grill, plenty of dining seating, outdoor sofa and gas fireplace; this is the best place to capture the ocean views. Also, air conditioning in all living spaces and strong wifi throughout all floors.
