Steps to award-winning restaurants, rooftop bars, cafes & boutiques
Close to Morgan CTA Station (Green/Pink lines) for quick access across the city
Easy walk to downtown, River North, and the Loop
Safe, trendy neighborhood loved by locals and travelers alike
(Note: Got couple of cozy spots like this one in the building. They’re all set up with what you need, though the layout or style might vary a bit.)
Guest Access:
Heads-up: our place is on the upper floor and you’ll need to take the stairs—there’s no elevator.
We appreciate your understanding that our HVAC systems operate based on the time of year. During the warm season, our air conditioning is in use, while the heating system serves guests during colder months.
Other Things to Note:
-Before confirming your stay, a short screening and ID verification are required.
-My unit is located near the train tracks, and you may hear the sound of passing trains during your stay. While most guests find it to be a minor part of the area’s character, we understand that some pets may be more sensitive to unfamiliar sounds. If you’re traveling with a pet, please keep in mind that some animals may be more sensitive to the noise. We want you and your furry friend to feel as comfortable as possible, so we thought we’d mention it in advance.
*Optional Damage Waiver*
For a one-time, non-refundable fee of *$35, you can choose to add a Damage Waiver to your reservation. This provides up to *$400 in coverage for eligible accidental damage** during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.
Please note that the waiver does not cover intentional damage, missing items, pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or damage caused by unauthorized parties or events, negligence, misuse, or house rule violations.
After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link where you can complete your reservation details and choose whether you’d like to add the waiver.
If you decide not to purchase it, any applicable damage charges would remain your responsibility.
