About this apartment rental
ONE booking includes BOTH Woodland Condo 1 and Woodland Condo 2 in Port Sulphur, Louisiana. These are TWO SEPARATE condos, each with its own entrance and door lock, two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living area. Your group has private use of both interiors, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens and space for up to 10 guests, a maximum of five in each condo. There is no connecting interior doorway.
Condo 1 sleeps five with one king bed, one queen bed and a single daybed in the living area. Enjoy an open kitchen and living area, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a covered porch.
Condo 2 sleeps five with two queen bedrooms and a single daybed in the living area. It includes its own kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, and screened porch. Park vehicles and boat trailers in the gravel parking area beneath the raised home. Both condos are reached by stairs.
Check-in begins at 3 PM and checkout is before 11 AM, local time. Enter each condo separately. Reservation messages will identify each unit and provide the entry details for its door. Confirm that you have instructions for BOTH doors before arrival. If an entry instruction is missing or a lock does not work, contact the hosting team through Vrbo messages. Before checkout, remove your belongings from both condos, take Condo 1 trash downstairs to its outdoor trash bin, close the doors and make sure both entrance locks are secure.
Shared outdoor amenities include a 400 lb ice machine, pressure washer, electrical hookups and extension cords for boat batteries. There is parking for trucks and boat trailers. A shared ChargePoint EV charger is on the first floor under Redfish House, next to the condos.
Walk across the grounds to the nearby bar and restaurant. Bring groceries for your stay and bug spray in warmer months. Please respect neighboring guests, keep noise reasonable in the evening, and clean fish outdoors rather than in kitchen sinks.
