Inside, the home has a bright, relaxed coastal atmosphere designed to keep you connected to the incredible scenery outside. Large windows throughout the main living spaces frame the ocean, while the living room features a spacious sectional, gas fireplace, and 65-inch TV, creating a cozy gathering place.

The dining area provides plenty of room for everyone to come together around an eight-person dining table, with the open kitchen nearby, that is fully equipped for your stay with generous storage, a French-door refrigerator, cooking essentials, and breakfast bar seating for three.

The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature Queen beds and have direct access out to ocean-facing private deck sor patios looking the Pacific. -If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $450/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
